lncRCDdb

A platform of regulated cell death signature gene and related lncRNA data resource

e.g. Cancer: " BLCA " RCD:" Apoptosis " lncRNA: " IGF2-AS "

Welcome to the lncRCDdb homepage!

Regulated cell death(RCD) is a form of cell death caused by the activation of one or more signal transduction modules that can be modulated by pharmacology or genetics. Due to the characteristics that RCD can be regulated and targeted, more and more studies have begun to focus on the regulated pathways and characteristics of RCD subroutines. RCD plays a complex and important unique role in cancer. In the early stage of cancer, cancer cells may gain an opportunity for anti-cancer therapy due to mutations that disrupt RCD pathways, and avoidance of RCD is one of the important markers of cancer occurrence.

In lncRCDdb, we collected signature genes of twelve RCD subroutines. We identified lncRNAs associated with RCD by Immlnc. Then the regulatory network of RCD was constructed. Finally, the results of GO and KEGG enrichment, Jacquard correlation and differential expression decomposition were provided.
